Join JewQ Finalists from regional Hebrew Schools around the country for an exclusive weekend experience!
We are very excited for the Queensland, Northern New South Wales and Tasmania JewQ Shabbaton get together, hosted in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
The Shabbaton will take place from Friday, 27 October through Sunday, 29 October 2023.
Children can be dropped off at Chabad Sunshine Coast between 10:00 and 11:00am.

Transport will be coordinated for children joining from Northern NSW, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane to be able to get up to the Sunshine Coast.
Mushky Kantor and Moussia Lesches will be running the program over the weekend.
They are from Melbourne, and have much experience in running a variety of camps. They will be coming up especially to run this exciting program.
Adult supervision will be provided throughout the duration of the program.
Shabbaton Participants who are flying in:
For children who are flying in from regional areas, staff members from the program will be at the Sunshine Coast airport on Friday morning between 9:00am and 11:00am to meet the children at the gate and escort them to the program. They will also be at the airport on Sunday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm to escort the children to the gate.
Upon registration parents will receive an email within a week with an outline of the schedule and a list of items for participants to bring with them for the Shabbaton.
